These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of yellowick.com and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Yellowick (“Yellowick”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher, to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

2. Digital Products and Licensing

We sell digital products (for example, software, licenses, keys, downloads, or other digital content). Unless otherwise stated, purchases grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital product in accordance with any license terms shown at checkout or within the product. You may not resell, redistribute, or share downloads, license keys, or content, nor attempt to circumvent technical protection measures.

3. Orders, Pricing, Taxes, and Fraud

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We may correct errors or inaccuracies and cancel orders if necessary, including after you have placed an order. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies (including VAT where applicable). We may delay or decline fulfillment if we suspect fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, or policy violations.

4. Delivery of Digital Goods

Digital products are delivered electronically (for example, by download link, license key, or account access). Delivery is deemed complete when we make the product available to you. You are responsible for promptly downloading and securely storing your files, keys, and receipts.

5. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

• All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, once access, download, or license delivery has been provided, purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• If you are an EU/EEA or UK consumer, you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content at checkout and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
• We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund in limited cases such as duplicate purchases or technical delivery issues verified by us where no access or download has occurred. Any goodwill refund does not waive this policy.

Refund Policy

• All sales of digital products on Yellowick are final. Once a product is delivered (including access granted, license/key issued, or file downloaded), we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
• For EU/EEA and UK consumers: by requesting immediate delivery at checkout, you agree that your 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery begins.
• If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a technical delivery failure and cannot access your purchase, contact us within 7 days at in**@*******ck.com. We may review and, at our discretion, issue a refund only if no access or download occurred.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with security or integrity, or disrupting servers or networks.
• Using the Service to violate any law or third‑party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, scraping, or harvesting data except as permitted by law.
• Uploading or transmitting malicious code or engaging in fraud, spam, or deceptive practices.

We may monitor, suspend, or terminate access for violations.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all content we provide (including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) are owned by Yellowick or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable license terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our content.

8. User Content and Feedback

If you submit content (for example, reviews, comments, support requests), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate any laws or rights. We may remove content at our discretion.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on or link to third‑party services (for example, payment processors, email providers, analytics, or social login). Your use of those services may be governed by third‑party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services.

10. Payments

Payments are processed by third‑party processors over encrypted connections. We do not store your full payment card details. You authorize us and our processor to charge your selected payment method for all purchases, taxes, and fees. Chargebacks may result in suspension of access and license revocation.

12. Disclaimers

The Service and all digital products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yellowick and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or digital products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yellowick and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your infringement of any third‑party rights.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service or any order, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, or if required by law. Upon termination, your rights under these Terms will end and you must cease use of the Service and any licenses that we revoke. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law).

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by posting on the Site or via email). The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where we are established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

18. Export and Sanctions Compliance

You may not use or export the Service or digital products in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws. You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a resident or national of any country or entity subject to comprehensive sanctions.

19. Severability and Assignment

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
