Teacher Gradebook Spreadsheet – Attendance Tracker & Lesson Planner (Google Sheets & Excel)

Description

A simple digital gradebook for one class: weighted grades, letter grades, attendance for the whole school year and a weekly lesson plan. Enter scores, and averages calculate themselves.

Works in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. Instant download.

WHAT IT DOES

✔ Gradebook for up to 40 students and 30 assignments
✔ Weighted categories (e.g. homework, quizzes, tests, participation) with your own weights
✔ Letter grades from your own grading scale
✔ M = missing (counts as 0), EX = excused (not counted), blank = not graded yet
✔ Class average, highest and lowest score for every assignment
✔ Attendance for a full school year: school days (Mon-Fri) fill in automatically
✔ Mark only absences, tardies and excused days. Attendance rate is calculated for you
✔ Class Overview: class average, grade distribution, missing work and students below passing
✔ Weekly lesson plan template
